Mitigation

This is the case management system for tracking the entire lifecycle of a threat once you have requested a takedown.

• Takedowns: A queue of all incidents that have been newly requested for takedown.
• Active Takedowns: A table showing all takedowns that are currently in progress.
• Status Queues: Dedicated sections for On-Hold Takedowns, Closed Takedowns, incidents that need Legal Action or Client Action, and items under Investigation. This allows you to clearly see the status of every incident and identify any that are awaiting your input.
