Brand Protection

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you land on, and it's meant to work like a mission control screen, a visual summary of the whole brand protection program so you can answer "how are we doing?" without digging into individual cases.

Firstly there's a Global Count - a large running total of all threats detected across your account , along with a Last Updated timestamp so you know how fresh the numbers are. This is your at a glance "how big is this problem" number before you dive into anything else.

2.1 Threat Intelligence Panel

This panel answers the question "what's out there, and how much of it are we catching?"

It shows:

  • Coverage - the percentage of monitoring coverage currently active.
  • Types - how many distinct threat categories have been detected.
  • Risk - an overall risk level (Low / Medium / High, color-coded).
  • Added - how many new threats were added recently.
  • Detected - the big headline number: total threats detected in the selected period.

There is also Types breakdown, showing counts per category:

  • Social Media
  • Website
  • Mobile Apps
  • Advertisements
  • Scams
  • Data Exposure
  • Dark Web
  • Counterfeit
  • BIN Monitoring

This lets you see at a glance where most of the noise is coming from - e.g., if "Website" has 17 detections and "Counterfeit" only has 2, you know where to focus.

2.2 Risk Intelligence Panel

It is more about how dangerous the threats are, rather than just how many there are. It shows:

  • Confidence - how confident the AI is in its risk assessment, as a percentage.
  • Campaigns - the number of distinct threat campaigns identified (i.e., threats that appear to be linked/coordinated rather than isolated).
  • Actors - the number of distinct threat actors behind those campaigns.
  • Risk - overall risk level.
  • Analyzed - the big headline number: total threats analyzed.

There is Sources breakdown, listing the same channels (Website, Scams, Data Exposure, Social Media, Mobile Apps, Dark Web) each with a count and a small colored severity badge (e.g., "H", "M", "C") giving you a quick visual read on which sources are currently the riskiest.

2.3 Active Mitigation Panel

This panel flips the focus from detection to response - it tells you how effectively the team is dealing with what's been found. It shows:

  • Response - average response time.
  • Success - success rate as a percentage.
  • Protected - the number of threats that have been successfully neutralized.
  • Saved - an estimated monetary value saved by mitigating these threats.
  • Mitigations - total mitigations carried out.

There is Status breakdown with a progress bar for each stage, showing counts of:

  • In-Progress
  • On-Hold
  • Resolved
  • Legal Action
  • Client Action

This is a handy way to see at a glance whether cases are moving through the pipeline or getting stuck somewhere.

2.4 Threat Distribution Map

This section is meant to show a geographic map of where threats are originating from.

If there isn't any location data yet, possible reasons could be:

  • No threats have been detected yet with geographic information.
  • Detected threats don't have location metadata.
  • Geographic enrichment is still in progress.

So don't be alarmed if this shows empty for a new account - it fills in as detections come in with location data attached, or as the enrichment process catches up.

2.5 Critical Risks & Key Findings

  • Critical Risks - meant to surface the threats that need your immediate attention.
  • Key Findings - a rolling summary of notable patterns or insights the system has picked up. This section will highlight key findings to help you make informed decisions once it's populated.
