Mitigation

Once you've requested a takedown on a threat, it moves out of pure investigation mode and into case management. The Mitigation tab is where you track a takedown's entire lifecycle from request to close.

4.1 Takedowns Queue

A queue showing every incident that has been newly requested for takedown, this is essentially your inbox of fresh takedown requests waiting to move forward.

4.2 Active Takedowns

A table of every takedown that is currently in progress. This is where you'd check on things that are actively being worked, rather than just requested.

4.3 Status Queues

Beyond "new" and "active," there are dedicated queues for every other state a takedown can be in:

• On-Hold Takedowns
• Closed Takedowns
• Legal Action (incidents that need legal involvement)
• Client Action (incidents waiting on the client to do something)
• Investigation (items still being looked into)

Together, these queues let you see the status of every single incident at a glance, and quickly spot anything that's stuck waiting on your input.
