Managing your organisation
Your organisation is your company's workspace in Hunto. It holds your assets, findings, reports, users and your plan. Who can change what depends on your role.
Roles
When an administrator invites someone, they choose one of two roles:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Member | Use the product: see findings, work tasks, generate reports |
| Organization admin | Everything a member can, plus edit the organisation's profile, manage the plan and billing, and complete onboarding |
Inviting people and managing users is done by administrators. If you signed your company up yourself, you are the organisation admin.
Can't find the Users page? Inviting and managing users needs the administrator role, which an organisation admin does not have yet. Contact support and we will set up your first administrator.
Organisation profile
Organisation → Profile → Edit organisation. You can change:
- the organisation's name
- its login domain, the domain your colleagues' e-mail addresses use
- website and industry
- contact e-mail and phone
- address
- logo, banner and description
Press Save changes when you are done. The organisation's prefix is set when the organisation is created and can't be changed. It appears at the start of every case and asset ID.
Plan, billing and usage
Billing & Usage has these tabs:
- Overview
- Plans: change or buy a plan
- Invoices
- Usage & credits
- Billing profile: legal name, billing e-mail and address. Invoices can't be issued without these.
- History
If a partner sold you Hunto, these pages say "Your partner manages your billing". Talk to your partner about plan changes.
People
Administrators manage people under Users.
Invite someone
- Press Invite user.
- Choose Invite by email, enter the address and pick a role.
- Press Send invitation.
Invitations are for people at your own company, so the address must be on your company's domain. Each invitation link works once and expires after 7 days. Pending invitations are listed with the users, where you can resend or revoke them. Resending replaces the old link.
Someone leaves
Open the person and switch Active off. They can no longer sign in, and everything they did stays attributed to them.
Delete removes them from the list, but it can be undone with Restore.
If they belong to other organisations in Hunto as well, deactivating them locks them out of those too. Contact support in that case.
Someone is locked out
Five wrong passwords lock an account for 15 minutes. An administrator can clear the lock early with Unlock on the person's record, or send a Reset password.
Teams
Group people into Teams to assign work and notifications to several people at once.
More than one organisation
Someone can belong to several organisations, for example a group company with subsidiaries. They pick the one to work in from Switch Workspace. Data never mixes between organisations; each has its own assets, findings and plan.
Closing your organisation
Contact support. There is no self-service way to close an organisation, and closing one is not the same as cancelling your plan. Say which of the two you want.
