Barracuda Whitelisting

Whitelist your PhishGrid sending domains and IPs (see Sending Domains & IPs).

Email Gateway Defense (cloud)

1. Inbound Settings → Sender Policies — add each PhishGrid domain with action Exempt (bypass scanning).
2. Inbound Settings → IP Address Policies — add each PhishGrid sending IP with action Exempt.
3. Inbound Settings → Link Protection — disable/except your PhishGrid domains so links are not rewritten.
4. ATP / Sandboxing — exempt PhishGrid senders if simulations use attachments.

On-prem Email Security Gateway (ESG)

1. Block/Accept → Sender Domain / Sender IP — add PhishGrid domains/IPs as Allow (Exempt).
2. Review Inbound Settings → Anti-Phishing / Intent so simulation content is not blocked.

Console menus and labels vary by product version and edition — use these as a guide and confirm against your gateway's admin documentation. Always whitelist the current values from Sending Domains & IPs, and send a 5–10 user test campaign before launching organisation-wide.
