Symantec Email Security.cloud (MessageLabs) Whitelisting

Whitelist your PhishGrid sending domains and IPs (see Sending Domains & IPs) in Symantec.cloud / MessageLabs (Broadcom).

1. ClientNet → Services → Email Services → Anti-Spam — add your PhishGrid domains and IPs to the Approved Senders list at the global level.
2. Anti-Malware / Data Protection — add exceptions so PhishGrid senders are not blocked.
3. Link Following / Click-time Protection — where available, add your PhishGrid domains to the exclusion list so links are not followed automatically.

Console menus and labels vary by product version and edition — use these as a guide and confirm against your gateway's admin documentation. Always whitelist the current values from Sending Domains & IPs, and send a 5–10 user test campaign before launching organisation-wide.
