IceWarp Whitelisting

Whitelist your PhishGrid sending domains and IPs (from Sending Domains & IPs) in IceWarp.

Step 1 — Log in

Open the IceWarp Administration Console and sign in with admin credentials.

Step 2 — Anti-Spam

Go to System → Security → Anti-Spam.

Step 3 — Whitelist a domain

1. Open the Whitelist tab → Add.
2. Enter your PhishGrid sending domain, set action Always Allow, then OK/Apply.

Step 4 — Whitelist an IP address

1. Open the IP Whitelist tab → Add.
2. Enter your PhishGrid sending IP (or range), set action Always Allow, then OK/Apply.

Step 5 — Manage

Review the Domain and IP whitelists regularly so only trusted, current PhishGrid values are allowed.

Combine whitelisting with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your simulation domains for best deliverability.

Console menus and labels vary by product version and edition — use these as a guide and confirm against your gateway's admin documentation. Always whitelist the current values from Sending Domains & IPs, and send a 5–10 user test campaign before launching organisation-wide.
