IceWarp Whitelisting

Step 1: Log In to IceWarp Administration Console

Open your web browser, navigate to the IceWarp Administration Console, and log in with admin credentials.

Step 2: Access Anti-Spam Settings

Navigate to System in the left menu, then click Security > Anti-Spam.

Step 3: Whitelist a Domain

1. In Anti-Spam, click the Whitelist tab.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the domain to whitelist (e.g., mailservers.xyz).
4. Set action to Always Allow.
5. Click OK or Apply.

Step 4: Whitelist an IP Address

1. In Anti-Spam, go to the IP Whitelist tab.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the IP address or IP range from your PhishGrid IP & Domains list.
4. Set action to Always Allow.
5. Click OK or Apply.

Step 5: Managing the Whitelist

In both the Domain Whitelist and IP Whitelist tabs, you can view, edit, or delete entries by selecting them and choosing the appropriate action. Review your whitelist regularly to ensure only trusted domains and IPs are allowed.

Combine whitelisting with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for enhanced email security.
