SonicWall Whitelisting

SonicWall Whitelisting

Whitelist your PhishGrid sending domains and IPs (see Sending Domains & IPs) on SonicWall (Email Security / Capture Security appliance or Hosted Email Security).

  1. Anti-Spam → Address Books → Allowed — add your PhishGrid sending domains and IPs.
  2. Anti-Spam → Junk Box Summary / Filtering — confirm allowed senders bypass junking.
  3. If the SonicWall firewall performs SMTP/DPI inspection, ensure your PhishGrid IPs are excluded from anti-spam/gateway AV blocking.

Console menus and labels vary by product version and edition — use these as a guide and confirm against your gateway's admin documentation. Always whitelist the current values from Sending Domains & IPs, and send a 5–10 user test campaign before launching organisation-wide.
