VIPRE Email Security Whitelisting

Whitelist your PhishGrid sending domains and IPs (see Sending Domains & IPs) in VIPRE Email Security.

1. Email Security console → Inbound → Allow Lists — add your PhishGrid sending domains and IPs to the allowed senders.
2. Anti-Spam / Content policies — confirm the allow list bypasses spam and content filtering for those senders.
3. Link Isolation / URL protection — add your PhishGrid domains to the exclusions so links are not rewritten.

Console menus and labels vary by product version and edition — use these as a guide and confirm against your gateway's admin documentation. Always whitelist the current values from Sending Domains & IPs, and send a 5–10 user test campaign before launching organisation-wide.
